The whole family loved their vacation. Santa Monica had something for everyone and the hotel was outstanding. Very luxurious rooms that felt like you were staying at home rather than a hotel room. The location was perfect as well. I will most definitely use Magellan again and recommend this company to my friends. I had to book this hotel last minute because of a scam vacation rental that was about to ruin the family vacation. Oumer was terrific and quickly resolved a last minute situation that saved the day. Thank you for a great service that took the headaches out of it all. I was especially impressed with the staff who knew the area and the hotel well enough to help me know the property before I arrived.

Holly was great to work with and made excellent hotel suggestions. She was thoughtful and patient with us in our decision making process and the resulting recommendation of the Oceana was truly an excellent one. The hotel staff at the Oceana was first rate in every way, every member of the staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. It was a short but wonderful trip and experience. |

The hotel was magnificent. All that I could have expected and MORE. They had 2 of our rooms ready by 9 00 a.m. which was unbelievable and so very much appreciated. Our Magellan representative had asked if they could have the rooms ready early and they certainly exceeded our expectations in that regard. We also very much appreciated a complimentary drive to one of the local restaurants. Everyone exceeded our expectations and made sure that our family vacation was absolutely perfect! |

I was so happy with your service! My friend booked her own room and paid $200 more. I was thrilled with the savings, and appreciated the emailed reduction. I also thought Carmella had wonderful customer service skills and made the booking process easy. |

The hotel is a gem! We loved the hotel, the view and access to the beach was awesome, and the staff was superb. We look forward to another visit. Leanne, so glad you followed up with me. The Loews was everything you said it was and more. And yes - we enjoyed the fire pits - what's not to love about a bar overlooking the sunsets with your own personal fire pit? The servers in the bar were exceptional also.

Both hotels - Thompson Suites in Beverly Hills and Hotel Shangri-La were fantastic. Staff was really nice and very helpful. We also received complimentary desert (Thompson) when we ate out at for dinner and complimentary champagne (Shangri-La). Our overall trip was wonderful and we are so thankful for all of your help. |
